SR Watt led redevelopment of an under-utilized office site to a long-term ground lease with In-N-Out Burger for a 3,280-square-foot restaurant in the city of San Clemente, which is the popular restaurant’s first location in that city. The project design was so well received that the OC Register covered the new building. The building, a single-lane drive-thru, has a Spanish Colonial Revival design with a red tile roof.
